Bankruptcy during the Coronavirus

Yesterday, March 26, 2020, we received verification that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts is “open, conducting hearings’ and continuing the business of the Court”.  The Bankruptcy Court is able to do these things safely by conducting telephonic hearings and only accepting electronic filings.

We too at Rawlins Asack, LLC are also working with the use of technology (telephone, email, videoconferencing, electronic filing) to service our Client’s bankruptcy needs during these trying times.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by mounting debt due to the loss of a job, loss of financial resources, divorce or for any other reason, give us a call, we are here to help.
