Attorney Rawlins started his legal career in the Massachusetts
 Probate and Family Courts.  Serving in the prestigious position of
 Judicial Law Clerk, Jason had the privilege of working with the Judges
 of Plymouth, Bristol and Suffolk Counties.  Upon the completion of that 
position’s one year term , Attorney Rawlins entered private practice with Delaney &
 Muncey, P.C. in Plymouth, Massachusetts.  There, he was 
able to assist client’s in a wide variety of practice areas.  Following
 several great years with Delaney & Muncey, Jason founded

The Law Offices of Jason M. Rawlins was founded and run with a client centric approach.  In addition to providing its clients with practical and well thought out advice, that office remained committed to staying up to date on the ever changing legal landscape.

In 2019, The Law Offices of Jason M. Rawlins partnered with Attorney Alyssa N. Asack to become Rawlins | Asack, LLC.  This combination of practices has allowed the Rawlins | Asack, LLC. to provide its clients with a more dynamic and client focused approach.

Alyssa compliments the previous practice by bringing years of extensive experience dealing with guardianship, conservatorship, estate planning, elder law and medicaid planning matters.  Her compassionate, empathetic and cooperative approach to these areas of the law truly help clients feel at ease with whatever obstacle they are encountering.

Both Attorney Asack and the Law Offices of Jason M. Rawlins were started with the mission of
